I was hesitant to start a cleaning service, but after 4 months of these hard working ladies coming over, my house is cleaner than it’s ever been. Now, I wish I could afford to have them come more often. They have become essential to my life. Every time they come it seems like they do a new deep cleaning task, so it just gets progressively cleaner and cleaner. The other day they pulled all the cushions off my giant couch and vacuumed every inch. There were vacuum lines on my couch! I didn’t even want to sit on it bc it was so clean and pretty. They clean things I wouldn’t even think to clean. It’s a huge relief as a mother to know they are coming to do the cleaning tasks that feel impossible to get around to with such a busy life, too. Now, it feels like a quality of life thing. I need a good professional cleaning regularly and these ladies are the best at it. They are super pro. They come in, work as a team, knock it out, and slip out without even talking to you. Perfect for my antisocial moments.

I hired them for a move out cleaning, I did specify the more detailed option as after emptying my 2bed/1bath duplex of 2yrs (as a single mom with a 5yr old and 2 cats) the place was embarrassingly dirty and in need of a lot of cleaning. They communicated via text, email, and phone which I appreciated their extra communication. They did assess and say they need to extend to a Deep Clean, more hours, and an additional cleaner. They worked with me to just pay an additional flat rate to my already quoted estimate and they guarantee it'd be completed, I agreed. They were nice, professional, contacted me when they found some random items I'd forgotten in a drawer. And when I saw the finished job I was blown away (it was a doozy before and i was certain some areas would possibly be too stuck or damaged)! But it looked good as new, so clean and sparkling!!!! I was too ashamed to take before and after pictures but it was amazing. A job well done and despite pricey it was so so worth it for the results!! I'm confident now that I'll get my rental deposit back, they saved me. I can't speak to the bad reviews but just communication, working with them, and understanding the laborious job they do is worth the price, will give great results!! Highly recommend!

I’ve used Trustworthy Cleaning service twice to clean my rental home between tenants. The home cleaners are very nice and leave the house spotless. The carpet cleaners are efficient and can get some gross stains out of the carpet. The office team has great communication and kept me apprised of precisely when the cleaners would arrive, and they were extremely flexible when I needed to add a service last minute. I highly recommend them if you’re in the Austin area.

Living with two roommates can have it's challenges. The cleaning crew was friendly and did a great job. It means a lot to a homeowner when they’re paying a lot for a service, to notice the little details. This crew saw everything, and me even moved everything out of the way, including some heavier stuff. That’s never happened before. And I am so grateful. I have used them for a year now, with biweekly standard cleaning and one deep clean. The standard clean is thorough. All floors are wiped underneath every piece of furniture. All tables are spotless as well as all counters. The kitchen looks like it was reset to brand new, as is most of the house. The office is dusted and cleaned with an excellent amount of respect for ongoing work on my desk. The whole house is so clean I now anticipate that cleanliness every other Friday. The deep clean went one further and ensured my kitchen appliances were perfectly clean as well as the drawers in all my bedrooms. Fantastic work, thank you.

The builder did a terrible job cleaning the house prior to our move in, so I needed to hired cleaners. They did a good job cleaning the areas we discussed. I hired them again but only cleaned the 1st floor to see if the service would be the same as I prefer to stick to one service provider as we’re looking to possibly do a monthly or quarterly service. They made our bed which was a nice touch. My only complaint is communication with the service people was difficult since their English was not that great. They tried to confirm what service was supposed to be provided but it was hard to communicate. I would have preferred they bring the service notes that were collected by the coordinator when scheduling the service.

The regular cleaning is always very good, and the house smells clean when I come home from work. But TODAY, I came home for lunch, and the house smelled clean, but I noticed that every room was vacuumed, the kitchen floor was swept and washed. Then I saw that they made swans out of folded bath towels and put it together to look like the swans were forming a heart and placed it on the bed, and folded the cloth napkins on the dining room table to look like rosettes. The tissue in the bathrooms was folded up fancy, too. I just LOVE the little extras. I would wholly recommend them!

Trustworthy cleaning services came out to do a move out clean for us yesterday(04/08). It was a big job because the previous tenants wrecked the place, I’m talking it looked like they hadn’t picked up a broom or wiped the counters down in the 3 years they lived there. Trustworthy showed up with 2 crew members and had to immediately call in back up. The 5 crew members worked for 7 hours and it shows. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism this company had, from start to finish. They kept me updated in a timely manner on scheduling and any price changes that needed to occur. It was quite the task they were up against, since the house was over 100 years old and apparently the birthplace of all dust on earth. They made that dilapidated place absolutely sparkle- the landlord hadn’t even gotten close to making it look like that for us just before we moved in. I bought a house with a two-week lease back to the sellers. They left the place a complete mess! There was dirt and grime in drawers, along the walls, cobwebs all over the ceiling, and they had obviously not kept up with pest control. So, I turned to the professionals. The two cleaners who came out did a fantastic job! The house is in livable - even nice - condition now. They worked hard and even though they had to extend the deep move-in clean (which is 3.5 hours) by 45 minutes, I know they wasted no time at all. And even better, the price was right .

Our apartment was in need for a deep cleaning. I would say Trustworthy was up to the job and then some. They did everything from deep scrubbing the bathtub, to getting the cat hair out of the stove top, to even tidying up our beds and making the Kleenex tissues look all fancy. The deep cleaning is worth it for the price. I will be giving them my business every 2 weeks for a biweekly cleaning as long as i'm in Austin.

We hired them to do a deep clean and then set up bi weekly services. We have six kids and work and all the kids have so much going on. These poor ladies did the first deep clean and worked so hard for like 5 hours. They were so sweet and cheerful. They left around 8pm and looked exhausted. The house looked amazing. Like when we first moved in. I can’t say enough good things about them at this point.

I have been using Trustworthy Cleaning for the past 3 months bi-weekly for my house of 2,300 Sq ft. The initial deep service was just amaizing they cleaned the baseboards by hand, dust all the ceiling fans (5), my kitchen is spotless and they do small things that other companies don't do. Like, they wipe my trash cans when they take the trash out. I have wood floors and they knew how to take care of them, when some other employees for another company they use too much water. They are professionally trained. Team #5, the best!! The cleaning crew change my bedsheets when I leave them on top of the bed and they have the time to put them in the washer when instructions are given. The customer service is so nice they help me when ever I need to re-schedule or do a last minute appointment when I have guest specially with the holidays. I will recommend this company to people that don't have time and one more thing the prices are not high and they provide quality of work.

I wanted our house cleaned top to bottom in anticipation of having a weekend family/friends gathering. The team of two cleaners came in and clearly knew what they needed to do. I love this cleaning service! They always notify me when they expect to arrive, they are prompt and do an excellent job. They come every week. My house not only looks nice and clean, it smells nice and clean. The sinks and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms sparkle, the towels are folded up pretty (my personal favorite), the kitchen counters and stove top is shiny and clean, the floors are swept and mopped, the rugs vacuumed, furniture dusted (including the window blinds). The beds are made very nicely, like they are in expensive hotels. I am VERY, VERY pleased with their service.

Great communication via email and phone. They arrived exactly on time. I was surprised that the estimate for the first deep cleaning was so long (3.5 hours on my 1500-sq-ft house), because I generally think of myself as being pretty clean. But I was there the whole time (working from home), and my GOD, did the women (Team #6) work hard. They cleaned corners that I know haven't been cleaned since the day I moved in, and they didn't stop for a second the entire time. I wasn't crazy about the strong smell of the products, and the supervisor who stopped by said that they had Seventh Generation products they could use, if I preferred. The women were eager to hear any feedback, and I look forward to having them come back for a regular cleaning!

I was very impressed with my experience with Trustworthy Cleaning Service. Online booking was very easy. They sent a team of 3 (Violeta, Yisenia, and Sehavita) who showed up on time and were very professional. They did a deep cleaning of my 2 bedroom place in a little over 2 hours. I was especially impressed with how much attention they paid to detail and that they went above and beyond to clean things that other companies have charged me for in the past (dusting fans, cleaning blinds, vacuuming the couch, wiping baseboards, changing the sheets). Trustworthy House Cleaning did a wonderful job at my home. The staff in the office gave me a quote which was reasonable, a little higher than i expected though. At first, I was a little hesitant. I thought I'd give them a try. The maids came and did an excellent job and cleaned about of spots that haven't been touched in while. Now I understand why they quoted me like so. They did a thorough cleaning. I have had other maid services in the past that were cheaper but Trustworthy House Cleaning seemed to be a bit more detailed though and very customer satisfaction oriented. I am glad they came. I scheduled the appointment on a Monday for the initial cleaning, I received $20 off. I decided to get reoccurring bi-weekly. I would recommend them. Kuddos!
